From the very beginning magazine Bulldozer has presented wide panorama of the contemporary experimental music and actual trends. Conception of the second issue is a description of the collectives who use polystylistic method. We are interested in synthesis of the experimental music (ambient, microwave, techno, industrial) and more conservative, but still live genres (folk, gothic, neoclassic, impropmtu, electroacoustic). The highlights of this issue are MOUSE ON MARS, DEADUSHKI, FAUST, OVAL, PAN SONIC, SCANNER, MERZBOW, MOON FAR AWAY, INQUISITORUM, labels Too Pure, Mego, Sonig etc. CD-compilation, attached to the magazine and made in the same way, mostly presents russian artists SPECIES OF FISHES, VOLGA, F.R.U.I.T.S., SPIES BOYS, MOON FAR AWAY, REUTOFF, THEATRE OF POISON, 2012, THEODOR BASTARD, KROVJ S MOLOKOM etc. Musical culture has come to its own roots. Now the most progressive form of it is the experimental electronic. Continuation of the best trends of the past is possibly if one pay attention to the present, to the most advanced ideas. Fulldozer is going to cultivate this "old-new" method as actively as it's possible. Having released the second issue we are working at the third one now. There will be texts about CEVIN KEY (ex-SKINNY PUPPY), SPECIES OF FISHES, EU, FIZZARUM, KLUTCH, RADIAN, MILLE PLATEAUX RECORDS, КК NULL, BAD SECTOR, TROUM, LES JOYAUX DE LA PRINCESSE, SPIES BOYS, STEREOTOTAL. Utilizing only gongs, bells, metal bowls and wind instruments, as well as flocks of birds, the work is in contrast to earlier more refined works that feature a wide multiplicity of instruments and soundsources. Language of Red Goats is a bare, primitive and sometimes raw aural landscape, and yet nonetheless achieves a rare subliminal intensity and an edge of otherwordly luminosity. >>
